Bill is a Board-Certified Physician Associate by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Associates with extensive experience in his chosen field of Neurosurgery, advanced qualification in Emergency Medicine and a Masters of Business Administration degree. Bill has extensive clinical practice, academic medicine, management consulting, healthcare administration and C-Suite Leadership Development experience including clinical quality, patient throughput, process improvement, revenue cycle, asset management, project and change management, and strategic planning. Bill currently practices as a Pediatric Neurosurgery Physician Associate at the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida, with satellite offices and privileges at the Lee Health System – Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida covering the Fort Myers and Naples, Florida markets. As a former founding faculty member of a Physician Associate training program, Harvard Macy Institute Scholar in Academic Medicine, and former adjunct faculty member at the Harvard Medical School in Boston, Bill is well prepared for his role as Chief Curriculum Officer at Global Foundation for Community Health where he will oversee the development of curriculum for Chief Health Officer training consistent with goals of GFCH. Bill also serves as a member of the Leadership Team of GFCH where his vast experience, insights and prudent counsel are invaluable to GFCH.
