The 5-2035 Initiative

Who We Are

The 5-2035 Global Foundation for Community Health is an apolitical not-for-profit organization with a vision to help curb CNCD in Mauritius. Our signature goal: to decrease Type II Diabetes prevalence in the country to 5% by year 2035.

Healthcare is an inalienable right and a collective responsibility. With over 500 volunteer adherents in 15+ countries, we are working to better the lives of Mauritians affected every day by diabetes and diabetes-related chronic non-communicable diseases.
