Ms. Nileema Devi Jeetah is a Barrister-at-Law at 5 St James Court in Mauritius.

She attended Queen Elizabeth College secondary school (2001-2007) and received her BSc Degree in Finance (Minor: Law) (with Honours) from the University of Mauritius (2011). She went on to earn a Master of Laws at the University of Wolverhampton, UK (2014) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Bar Professional Training Course at Northumbria University in Newcastle, UK (2015).

Ms. Jeetah is now developing a mixed practice in Mauritius; she undertakes advisory work with several management companies and does litigation work as well, mainly in matters involving company law, civil law, employment and industrial relations matters, contractual disputes, anti-money laundering and financial crime, and criminal law. Ms. Jeetah is also a registered trainer in the field of Law in Mauritius. She is an active member of Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (Young ICCA) and a member of the Panel of Tribunal Secretaries of MCCI Arbitration and Mediation Center (MARC).

Her interests include yoga & meditation, the study of eudaimonia & modern psychology. She has volunteered for the betterment of Mauritius in various empowerment seminars across the recent years. Being fervent about eudaimonia, Ms. Jeetah now endeavours to help in the furtherance of GFCH’s 5-2035 mission and hopes to see a healthier Mauritius.
